The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. Absolutely gorgeous!!! Just the right piece to finish up my son’s new bedroom spread. My son loves the new Jurassic World movies and theme and the new Mandelorian movie and series. This piece was just what we needed to tie it all together. Great material and great rustic design and look! Very spacious inside - surprised me because I was actually going for the bigger one and decided for the smaller one at the last minute due to space constraints. I don’t regret it though because it fits perfectly with the rest of the furniture. Decided to leave the plastic on the top just for protection but I’m sure it will not need it. Very good quality and beautiful addition. I’m actually thinking of buying the bigger one for the back porch which has a rustic farmhouse barn style. Stunning piece of furniture. We have historical doors we are putting on the walk in closet that matches this bench. We put this in the walk in closet and put a black 4 inch seat cushion on it.
