Great piece of furniture. We are using it as an end table - it goes perfectly with our other furniture and style. I do not have it tethered to the wall, but I don’t have small children and I personally am very careful when I go to open. I left the legs off of mine and put one on top of the other and secured it to the wall to form a hutch. It is just beautiful and everyone who sees it thinks it looks great. The chest looks nice. The quality is good. However, the drawers only pull out about half way. Very weird. I thought about returning it but I can make it work. I bought it to use as a TV stand and it works perfectly for the 50" TV and a soundbar I purchased. The color is perfect for my home's color palate, and matched pretty much what I could see in the picture; to me it appears as blue-grey. The detail on the doors is very nice.
