Customer service was great. I received this beautiful vintage style mirror in just a few days from when I placed my order. It was packaged very well. The only reason I'm giving a 4-star review is because it wasn't easy to install. Luckily, I had 2 friends help me. The welded fasteners are not perfectly aligned.
