The TOTO T40 Washlet+ Aquia® IV two-piece Elongated Dual Flush 1.28 and 0.9 GPF toilet and contemporary Auto Flush Washlet+ S7A Bidet seat are designed to conceal the Washlet+ power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation. The Washlet+ S7A features TOTO's technologically advanced Ewater+ system that mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. Premist® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The TOTO Washlet+ S7A is operated by a luxury-style illuminated touch button remote with 4-user memory storage to save preferred settings. The Washlet+ features 5 spray settings, auto open and close lid, a heated seat, a nightlight, and instantaneous water heating. The newly redesigned lid style resides flush with the toilet bowl, providing a streamlined look and giving the impression of an integrated system. Skirted design toilets minimize the need to reach behind the bowl to clean in between the nooks and crannies of the exterior trapway. The Universal Height design allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The Aquia® IV features TOTO's DYNAMAX Tornado Flush®, utilizing 360-degree cleaning power to reach every part of the bowl. The enhanced design of the Aquia® IV inner bowl reduces water flow resistance and turbulence, resulting in a quieter flush. The new Auto Flush kit provides a hands-free automatic flush after every use. No need to touch buttons or handles, and never worry about someone forgetting to flush. The chrome center-mounted push button that sits atop the tank allows you to proactively conserve water by choosing between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs. The Aquia® IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation must be purchased separately: Wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and toilet water supply lines.

This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. Lastly, be sure to tighten the water hose to the back of the toilet prior to installation by hand, as the cavity doesn’t provide enough room to use a tool for tightening. Enjoy!. Nadia. Townsend, DE. Automatic flush-on-leave technology eliminate the need to touch surfaces. Control flushing with the intuitive remote or side buttons: choose between powerful full flush or water-saving half flush, saving up to 30% water without sacrificing performance.

The plumbing for the inlet was made for a copper pipe. I guess that is the standard in china. If you have a pex then you have to find a way to connect a copper to the pex. Also the ahutoff valve only need to be opened half way to reduce the flushing pressure.shut off valve. Alexander. Dix Hills, NY. Mon Aug 31 2026

Holy cow!!! This HOROW T39 smart bidet toilet does so much more than I can even fathom! The technology that this toilet consists of is 100 different from a standard toilet and will surely take a lot of getting used to! I would have never thought I would own something so fabulous, but here I am having my very first smart bidet toilet! I love that this toilet has a censoring system that can keep itself clean and with the foaming action to kill the bacteria is what Im most excited about as I hate cleaning toilets! The sensing features and hands-free open and close lid with automatic lighting and heat seating are also amazing features. Im also excited about learning how to use this toilet to possibly save on cost of buying toilet paper as it also has a drying feature. It is going to take some work to have it professionally installed as theres obviously not an electrical outlet close to our toilet which means I am going to have to wait for the electricians (my husbands) schedule to clear up to hook this up for me. Yes it is expensive, but what it provides can save you money in the long run considering the constant purchasing of toilet paper over x amount of years. Also conserving water and having a cleanliness built into this toilet, it is surely worth the price. Its also a beautiful toilet LOL never thought I would say that either, but its very well made and I love that its one whole toilet with no little crevices to have to clean or to look at Gunk and hair etc being stuck all over. Super easy to wipe and maintain. I love it, thank you Wayfair!. Melissa. NV. Fri Aug 28 2026

The lid and seat automatically open as you approach and self-flush when you leave - no touching required for a cleaner, more convenient bathroom experience

I have to say I've never experienced a "smart" toilet with all of these features before and to be honest, it's pretty darn nice! Keep in mind that for all these extras, you do have to plug in the toilet, so be sure there's power nearby. I will hire an electrician to add an outlet closer to the ground so there's no cord just running up the wall. The installation was pretty standard and quick. It has a remote that's very intuitive and easy to use. We just mounted the remote on the cabinet. The auto open/close feature is really nice. The heated seat rocks. The colored light is cool, too. The bidet is a different kind of experience, but I think I could get used to this! The worst thing about this is I want all my toilets now to be like this.. Tom. Long Beach, CA. Wed May 28 2025
