We were looking for valances or other treatments for our bathroom and bedroom windows, and determined these matched the window sill and crown molding in the rooms, so we used these as interior window headers. They are nicely proportioned....not too tall and not too deep. Easy to attach to the wall with 1x1 firring strips. Easy to paint to match trim. Crown molding has the ability to add beauty to any room. The dentil design on this one is a nice feature. The benefit of foam (EPS) crown molding is that it does not shrink. Cuts easily with a miter saw or fine-tooth blade.
