My order came very quickly, as promised. I chose to purchase a previously opened box. All bolts and nuts were in the box, scattered about, but all was there. The tool, if there was one, to put the stools together wasn’t in the box and the directions were not as well. But they were fairly easy to assemble once I got on a roll. It's really pretty. Using as a accent chair in bedroom. I'm my opinion it should be half the price. I've purchased large overstuffed chairs for less then this. BUT I had a sentimental reason for wanting it so I am satisfied. The quality/ sturdiness is good. Wanted to add. It is not as bright red as the first photo looks. It leans EVER SO SLIGHTLY on the rust red side. I am in no way saying it is rust but you may want to know it's not bright red, like say ruby red glassware would be.
