Since the cooling wind hold might be able to cause deformation during transportation, we will specifically explain: the inside of this red cover is a cooling fan, which has nothing to do with the inside of the motor. If you receive a deformed cooling wind hold, please test the machine in time and contact our customer service. We will re-send this accessory in time, and its damage will not affect the function of the machine. Please rotate the thickness adjustment knob on the head of the machine, it can adjust the gap between the two grinding pads inside the machine. If you adjust the thickness adjustment knob continually, it will affect the grinding pads of the friction. With too much, the torque of the motor cannot drive. Just turn the thickness adjustment knob in the opposite direction. The machine may not discharge or stop working in the grinding of dry grain: first, refer to the description of the second point. If the machine fails to resume operation, it is most likely caused by abrasive flakes and grain blockage inside the machine. Open the machine compartment, remove the grinding pads, remove the grain in the machine compartment, and then reinstall the grinding pads. The machine does not work well when grinding wet grains or wet corns: machines grinding wet grains and wet corn, need to add water while adding grain or corn. The user is advised to connect a small water pump or water pipe to the hopper feed. If there is no water or too little water, the ground grains will become slimy and block the grinding discs. In addition, after grinding the wet grain, the boot bin should be disassembled to dry the grinding discs and the interior of the cabin. These parts are made of steel. If they are not dried, they will easily rust. First grinding: we recommend repeatedly grinding about 2 pounds of dry grain for 15-20 minutes to remove debris in the cabin.

The Wallis Professional Nutmeg Grinder makes grating fresh nutmeg effortless. Featuring a high-quality stainless steel blade, it ensures smooth and consistent grating, releasing the full aromatic flavour of nutmeg. With an ergonomic design for comfort and ease of use, this grinder is an essential tool for enhancing sweet and savoury dishes.

What a fantastic kitchen gadget for anyone who loves to cook! I thought I owned every kitchen tool imaginable, but I didn't have a nutmeg grinder. I'm a big fan of the Cole & Mason brand and have used several of their salt and pepper shaker sets for years, so I was excited to try this. Freshly ground nutmeg is so much better than store-bought pre-ground nutmeg, especially in cream sauces and baked goods. Before getting this, I was using a rasp, which often led to scraped knuckles or caught fingernails whenever the nutmeg slipped. This grinder completely solves that problem. You simply fill it with whole nutmegs, lift the handle to position one against the blade, and turn. It produces a perfect, fine grate every time. It’s well-made, easy to use, and a wonderful addition to any kitchen! I'm so glad I got this before the holidays...I'm going to be using it a lot for pumpkin pie and in my mac & cheese sauce!. Choose from multiple precise steps for pepper for a light dusting to crumb-sized granules. Rather than simply crushing the peppercorns, the advanced, machine-cut, hardened carbon steel mechanism instead strips them down by their individual layers as it grinds. As the different flavors within these layers are released they mix together to deliver the fully rounded and intense flavor of the peppercorn. This true and pleasurable flavor of the peppercorn enhances your food with a difference that you can really taste.
