This show bench is super cute! It actually holds about 9 pairs of shoes, mine and my boyfriends. We chose to not add the led light in but it would look great with that too! We have a shoeless house so this small benchshoe organizer is perfect without being in the way. It would hold 8 pairs of my size 7 shoes or 6 of my BFs size 10.5. Only his flip flops will fit on top (my sneakers and low heels fit fine). High heels or don’t fit here and I doubt men’s size 11 or larger would fit. The cushion is loose and optional. We will likely add an adhesive if we don’t swap out. I addd contact paper inside to help with wear and tear. Amazing quality, came really well packed and the only slight damage was one of natural wood split of the bamboo where one of the screw holes was drilled . The top of the bench is a nice herringbone pattern two tone brown and beige gray hue. Very well made, the screw holes on one side didn’t quite line up but a bit of pushing from one side ensured the screws went in. Took about twenty minutes to assemble and the bamboo is great quality and I like the break down of the sustainability of the bamboo as compared to wood. Purchased a different style of shoe stool before that had two levels of shoe storage and this one has the one level and then a comfy padded stool to sit on to change shoes. Giving it really 4 stars since quality isn’t the greatest but serves my purpose. The screw hole covers are stickers instead of the usual plastic push caps. We’ll see how long they hold up. I knew from other reviews that this was going to be very small! It needed to fit in a very narrow space so I gave it a try. I wear Women’s 7 1/2 and two pairs only fit on a shelf if one shoe goes in sideways - so the picture they provide must have very small shoes in there. But it will work for what I wanted.
