Sooo beautiful! I love how realistic the logs look! I love the amber effect when they're lit. The temp blows out hot, but my one star removal is because there's not a way to easily go up and down in temp on the remote or on the unit, when you push the button it just goes up in degrees to eventually reset back down. You can go down one if you went too high in temp. The entire base of unit gets super hot. But it is self-contained heat, meaning it doesn't make the surround or the thing it's sitting on hot. Only any areas right in front of the heating element get hot, so can't have wood or other combustibles in that area. But if you have wood or other combustible material underneath or to the sides or to the back, it will not get hot. So that's nice. It's compact in width but deep. The feet extend further than the unit itself, so note that if building your fireplace yourself like I'm working on. Otherwise, still love it! (Ps, after you turn it off, it takes a minute or so for the blower to stop. Then it takes a little while got the metal frame to stop being hot. But, love the ambiance!. Megan. US. Fri Oct 16 2026

Every living room has one. The corner behind the chair. The wall the TV does not face. The spot that collects a lamp and a plant and nothing else.Put a fire there and watch what happens. That is the whole trick of this thing. It is a 23 inch unit, freestanding, and about 16 lb, so it goes where a fireplace was never going to be built: Stand it in an old fireplace opening, or against the wall. Plug in the 120V cord, press a button, and the corner becomes the best seat in the house. The logs are molded to look like split pine, with charcoal embers glowing in the gaps and a flame that drifts the way a real fire does, never quite repeating itself. Switch the room lights off and it is convincing enough that guests ask. That is the point.Everything runs off the remote. Three brightness levels take you from a low fire during a film to a bright one at a dinner party, without getting out of the chair. The flame holds one warm, steady tone, which is what fire actually looks like. It is not a light show. The flame and the heater sit on separate switches. In September you get the fire with none of the heat. In January you get 750W to take the edge off, or 1500W when the room genuinely needs warming. And it runs without the fan drone that makes you turn the television up.You never feed it. No splitting, no ash, no chimney, no sweeping, no waiting for it to catch. Just the part of a fireplace anybody actually wanted.

Decorate and warm your home with this elegant electric fireplace log heater! This electric log heater features an appearance of a wood-burning fireplace without the wood-burning hassle. It presents a realistic smoldering lighting effect, providing a warm atmosphere in your room during the cold winter. With the convenient touch screen and remote control, you can easily adjust the temperature, control the flame effect and the brightness, and set the timer. Infrared quartz and resistance wire heating technology will warm up room quickly without drying your skin or air. In addition, your safety is our top priority, the CSA certification, overheat protection device and child lock ensure higher safety. This electric fireplace log heater will be a perfect heating solution in winter, ideal for homes, condominiums, lofts, apartments.

Did not work on my fireplace. Anonymous. Sat Jan 17 2026

Most fireplaces are a building project. This one is an appliance you move with one hand.At 20 inches and about 13 lb, it is the smallest in the range and the easiest to live with. If the bedroom is cold in December and the living room is where the guests are, you are not choosing. You pick it up and put it down somewhere else.Plug in the 120V cord, press a button, and it works. No chimney, no flue, no install, and no permission needed from a landlord.Switch the room lights off and the log bed does the rest. Split-style logs with charcoal embers glowing in the gaps, and a flame that drifts the way a real fire does, never quite repeating itself. It is convincing enough that guests ask what you burned, which is the only review that matters. The flame runs on its own switch, so the fire is not tied to the heat. On autumn evenings you get the look with none of the warmth. Once it turns, 750W takes the edge off a mild night and 1500W genuinely warms a bedroom, a study or a small living room. And it runs quietly enough to leave on under a film.Black steel body, painted finish, a shape that reads traditional rather than modern. It sits in a corner and looks like it was always there. And it never needs feeding. No splitting, no ash, no sweeping, no waiting for it to catch. Just the part of a fireplace anybody actually wanted.
