quality depends on what purpose you may be using the blinds. I brought them to cover my patio doors, as my other shades were outdated and broken. I rated them 4 stars for two reasons one inserting them in to the metal end cap provided can be very difficult and time consuming. lastly the blinds prevent most sunlight from coming in; which means privacy has to be compromise when shades are open. The telescoping rail system is a great benefit. We have not yet unpacked the individual panels as we are waiting a remodel to be complete first.
