For smooth angle adjustment, gently tighten the screw just until it engages; there’s no need to turn it in deeply. The headrest is only fully secure when you’re leaning against the backrest. This is especially useful for infrared saunas and helps protect your skin from burns caused by heating plates. During use, the wooden panel may squeak with adjustments; this is normal. We recommend placing three rectangular towels on the bench, behind the backrest, and under the headrest to further protect the wooden surface.
