ROOM DARKENING ROMAN SHADES – Immerse your indoor spaces in the perfect ambiance with our fabric Roman shades for windows, seamlessly blending casual elegance with the magic of room darkening and enhanced insulation.

Simple Stuff Cordless Room Darkening Roman Shade It's a nice heavy shade, retracts smoothly. Negatives are: It took weeks with the ionizer air cleaner running to get the odor knocked down enough to be in the same room!!! Not sure how to describe the smell. As other reviewers have said the plastic part you put on to pull the shade down is as close to impossible to get it on. After finding a way to squeeze it open some I wondered if the other side was the way to do it since there was just fabric at first to slide it onto or if the hard part it goes on had slid to the other side when I was struggling. You can just tug the bottom without the finger holder pull down and it would work fine. Get rid of the smell before shipping and it would be a super great choice.. Anonymous. Prineville, OR. Freshen up your window decor with our oaks yarn-dyed striped light filtering cordless roman shade. This cordless roman shade features a vertical stripe pattern for a casual and stylish update, while the yarn-dyed polyester blend base provides a natural touch for the perfect, modern farmhouse update. Select from either inside or outside mounts. An outside mount optimizes your view since the shades stack above the window, eliminating light gaps between the window parameter and your window treatment. Choose an inside mount if you are looking to achieve a customized look or have decorative molding you want to display. Example of choosing the right size: Inside mount: Your window frame width is 30”, just choose 30" wide shade for a proper inside mount (we will subtract 1/4" from the width you selected to ensure a proper inside mount.) Outside mount: Your window frame width is 30”, the best blind size will be 34-36”. In addition, the requested minimum installation depth is 2inch. Features: Mounting hardware and installation instructions included To adjust simply hold the bottom rail; raise or lower to desired height shades can be installed inside or outside of the window frame. Product care: Vacuum the shade and clean with a wet cloth first, damp second, and then use a dry cloth to finish. Packing: One blind with a fully protected bubble bag, hardware toolbox, and instruction sheet are included.

Fabulous and easy to install. However, package should have come with instructions on how the blinds work. I couldn’t figure out how they go up and down and thought that perhaps a string needed to be cut. Fortunately, I didn’t snip anything and just pulled down on them realizing that they go up and down with a simple pull and push of the hand. I saw another person in review s had snipped the cable, rendering them useless. The color brings a lot of warmth to my gray kitchen. I’ve gone ahead and ordered two more for bedrooms.. Christine.
