This couch is super comfy!! Our lil family of 3 loves it. Perfect for binge watching tv and naps. We had the full service delivery and unfortunately the sofa assembly was a big disappointment. The delivery crew assembled our sofa so fast that they literally forgot to install 1 of the legs underneath the chaise part of the sectional. Claiming missing parts with Wayfair is extremely annoying and they need to improve their process. Getting in contact with Wayfair customer service via app chat, text message, and phone calls was a daily struggle. The first time I called, customer service put me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on me. Both chat and text options didn’t understand my issue and had me going in circles with different customer service representatives. I really wished that picking up missing parts at their local warehouse was an option! We just wanted to enjoy our sofa right away but couldn’t… We were literally missing a leg under our chaise for an entire month and had to stack books underneath to support the unbalanced weight. In the end, Wayfair had to send me a whole new sofa because they can’t just ship a leg by itself. The delivery crew just opened the box and took the leg out to install it on our existing sofa. We also got some credit back for the inconvenience. Overall for our very first Wayfair purchase, this was a bad first impression but we didn’t let this mistake stop us from buying more home goods from their site. First, I was surprised at how quickly this arrived-- just two days after I placed the order! Second, I had to get help from a family member to bring it inside, as the box was taller than me and awkward to manage, but extremely well packaged. The next day another family member helped put it together, and we were both impressed how easy it was. And third, it is beautiful! Just exactly the color I love; I wouldn't describe it as "light blue": it is more of a light teal color. The material feels so soft, and I love the two little pillows that came with. I don't know how it'll hold up over time, but for this price it is worth it. I wish now I'd ordered two, because the love seat I had previously in the living room now looks gigantic, whereas the new sofa fits my smallish living room much better. I can see now I had oversized furniture before. The cushions feel a bit uneven: towards the center of the sofa the cushions are firm, which I like. Towards the ends near the armrests, the cushions feel just a bit less firm, but not squashy. Overall I am thrilled-- I'm in love with the color and the feel, and love how it makes the room feel larger.
