These curtains look and feel like luxury. They are quite heavy so you can’t get away with not anchoring the curtain rod to the wall (I learned this the hard way). I love this curtain so much. I was looking for something I could hang above a window mounted A/C unit and this was just perfect. You do have to fuss with the bow ties to arrange attractively. The seams are messily sewn, with lots of loose threads. I also think the weight of the curtain "Unties" them after some time. Slightly longer ribbons would have allowed for more hanging height options and a prettier bow tie but even with the challenges its still the best man for the job. They are beautiful and definitely add a touch of luxury. Nice fabric but thinner than I thought they would be. They are effective at blacking out. Not lined and they are white on the window side (which I do not like). Not weighted. Mine were in the package a month before putting up and they are not wrinkled at all. Love that. Not sure I would purchase again due to price. I also bought Everly Quinn Velvet Myreon Solid Color Blackout Thermal curtains that are also gorgeous, thicker (lined), and even more effective at half the price.
