As the foam breathes and expands, the fabric will smooth out, the cushions will firm up, and the sofa will reach its ideal comfort level and natural form.

I love this sofa so much! I cant find anything negative to say about it. In the past, I had a modular sofa that was soft and low, but this one is high and firm. It comes in three large boxes, all you have to do is cut the plastic and wait a few hours for them to fully expand. They have velcro at the bottom to attach the pieces together, but its so heavy that its not really needed. This sofa feels like excellent quality and is perfect for a family with young children.. Definitely worth the price!! I purchased the couch in beige. It is much larger than expected. I think it is a great addition to the room. One slide was sloping slightly. Just added padding to the bottom. So far that has worked. It is a beautiful set. Worth the price.. Marla. Thu Jun 18 2026

Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see.
