My only complaint is the back cushion is on the thinner side and I can feel the back of the frame which isn’t very comfortable but I’ve found putting the little pillow in back a little higher up helps, might get another bigger pillow to put back also! We really like these chairs! We were skeptical, as most things we get from this site seem poor quality. But I like these chairs!! My only disappointment is that the pink color is so faint. I would prefer a richer, more saturated color. I add pillows to take care of that. The thing I like most about these is that I can sit up straight instead of being forced to lean back which puts my back into a spasm. We have expensive chairs from Dania that kill my back and I can barely walk when I get up from sitting in them. These pink chairs feel fantastic. The Chihuahua is in 7th heaven because we bought two of these- we now have four chairs and four footstools which means the dog has his choice of chairs now, too, and doesn’t always want to sit in my lap when I watch TV. This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. It was in back order till June but arrived earlier than expected in April. It’s more of a grey blue hue in person but that’s alright. It still blends in with my charcoal gray furniture.
