The delivery was right on time and communicated effectively with the buyer when it was on the way, shipped, and dropped off with photo proof. Emails were set for updates which is well appreciated for communication. I had to call costumer service once to have them reinstate my buy because I accidentally canceled one of the chairs and they helped a lot with the call as well and got it done in less than 10 minutes.
