I had to call costumer service once to have them reinstate my buy because I accidentally canceled one of the chairs and they helped a lot with the call as well and got it done in less than 10 minutes. These chairs are beautiful. They were easy to assemble the overall quality is great. My only complaint is that the back cushion attaches with Velcro.
