It takes the water out of the air - its primary function. The app setup was far more frustrating than it should have been (there were magic button presses needed not found in any of the manuals)... but it's up and connected and dehumidifying... This dehumidifier is very quite and so far works really well. It took me a minute to figure out the settings but once I did everything worked well. We are using it in our unfinished basement so it fills up quickly since the reservoir is small. It does come with a hose so that it can be routed to a drain instead of filling up the reservoir.. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. This has been mostly a set-it-and-forget-it appliance for us, but it's nice that we have access via the app if needed. Because I enjoy being lazy. Highly recommend.. Lia V.. Thu May 14 2026

This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. I also like the information prominently displayed on the side.. Lorie. NY. Tue Apr 21 2026

This is a great dehumidifier. The compressor is relatively quiet during operation, as well as the fan. Additional features include a built in ionizer setting, as well as a built in screen style air filter. And as noted in the instructions, there is space where an optional charcoal type air filter can be added. This unit comes with an easy to remove built in water tank which is plenty adequate in size, as well as a hose for the continuous draining option for places where a floor drain or similar are available. also included is a hose to be used for pumping out the water, as this unit features a built in pump. The included caster wheels work great, making the unit quite easy to move around. Absolutely awesome!!! Made a complete night and day difference in our basement. It’s on par with commercial dehumidifiers used for cleaning homes after flooding or other potential water problems. It is very quiet, easy to understanduse. It is on the larger side and kind of heavy. But it has two sturdy handles on the top of it that make moving much easier even though it is a large unit as i mentioned. But if you are looking for large area coverage it’s definitely worth the price. It’s listed as good for up to 4500 ft.² but our basement about 7000 ft.² again, its been a complete game changer for our home. Its under valued in my opinion. Suzanne. Attleboro Ma. Mon Jul 27 2026

This dehumidifier has been great in our garage! Very easy to work with and set up. The only thing that was a little bit of a pain was trying to get the hose on. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side. It can also be ducted on the discharge side with the provided 6” collar. I highly recommend.. Allie. NC. Sun Apr 26 2026
