These are in the style of a Roman shade, which is a nice concept for covering the glass panel in French Doors. They are magnetic, so easy to position up or drop down. However, instead of some type of metal or sturdy resin material, the “rod” inserts at the back of the shade are cheap plastic tubes which do not fit tightly enough or stay together very well— when inserting to the back of the curtain, the sections come apart. There are several colors to choose from, and the material is lightweight, but blocks even the strong sunlight we have in the desert. These are exactly as described! The track glides smoothly Panels stack neatly to one side when fully open, taking up minimal (24”) space. The semi-sheer fabric drapes well and doesn’t look cheap despite being cut to size. I had to cut twice after hanging the track but overall these were very easy to install. Recommend. I am obsessed with my new curtains. I was looking for large panel curtains that had a pinch pleat and were machine washable. While these aren't blackout curtains, they look lovely. Delivered on time as stated in email. Very good block out light. Back lining is attacked to fabric, not separate panel. Fabric is linen like with some texture and color is called biscuit, more of a light sand, very neutral. Not to light not to heavy. I wanted it more for afternoon sun on hot days. Arrived with creases from being in folded packing. Used good old steam iron on low steam setting keeping them folded as they came out of package. Pressed in sections.iron fit well between rings, Caution Do Not Touch Backing as it will melt ! Took 45 minutes but worth it. Look like Wayfair photo. Length was a bit long for my application, used iron on tape ( follow instructions on package) or you could sew with heavy duty needle on home sewing machine. Overall 9 stars. Very satisfied. This curtain is awesome. Made well, thick like a black-out curtain. I tried to give a before and after with this collage , however. The before was rather embarrassing with all the stuff we have stored (not neatly) in this attic room. Also, the original rod I bought was too big for the grommets. I used a smaller rod but could not get it to work diagonally so I have a big hook under the oops sign. It will be perfect to separate the two sides once I can hang it properly.
