These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. Im a automotive detailer I was looking at cob led work lights and flood lights. To brighten up my bay for washing and picturing. I ran across these 6 4 ft for less than 4 of most options. Im glad I found them theyre super bright and the best part you configure them any you want to. I myself use 3 chained on the darkest side of the bay 2 on the other side. Then I use the last one when cleaning interiors. They dont get hot so the wont burn anything and you can move them around. Shipping was pretty quick no issues price point is good.
