It is not the 14” ultra plush. It is the 13” plush. Wayfair sent me a replacement for the first one and the replacement was also the 13” so they refunded me for the mattress and told me to dispose of both mattresses. I really needed the ultra plush but this one is very comfortable if you like a plush mattress, it feels like laying on very soft foam on top of air. I can’t sleep on it due to my bad back but it does offer decent support and comfort. My husband likes it a lot and he prefers a soft mattress and is a side sleeper. I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. Absolutely perfect!! I was skeptical at first when buying a memory foam mattress for the first time , but this one fits me to the T. It’s not too firm and it’s not too soft. I slept on it so far for two nights and due to my chronic back pain I needed something better than a spring mattress . I wasn’t sure if this would help, but boy was I wrong!!I didn’t wake up with any back pain, nor did I have a sleepless night.
