Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. Looks great, is sturdy, and holds 3-4 Banker Boxes of files. I wish the Washington Cherry finish was a bit lighter in color - but it is still pretty. Clear instructions. I called Sauder Customer Service with a question and quickly got the advice I needed to finish assembly.
