Was exactly what we needed! We were looking for a couch for a small space that was still comfortable. The seats were deep and cushions comfortable. Would suggest having two additional large pillows for decor but also makes it more comfortable. Got in white and was easy to get stains out. Only complain is back cushions do get a little deformed after lots of use.. Gabriella. Coral Gables, FL. Sat Aug 01 2026

I ordered the Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. From the moment you touch the sofa, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to enhance your comfort, layer by layer. We’ve carefully considered the soft fabric that meets your skin, the initial cushioning feel when you sit down, the balanced support that absorbs your body weight, and finally, the enveloping embrace that completes the experience.

No where does the description say this is a boneless sofa. I specifically did NOT want a boneless sofa. The upholstery is not velvet which is what was listed in the description. It's a scratchy nubby material and it is not the color shown. The pillows didn't inflate at all and the bottom and back cushions are uneven. There is nothing "cloud" about it. I did not receive a sofa that looks remotely like the one pictured. I feel duped and will be returning. I expected better from Wayfair.. Julie. Fort Wayne, IN. Tue Sep 01 2026

Plus, it arrives ready to enjoy with no setup required.

Way bigger than what u expected. I just got it, so I wanna know if the wrinkles are gonna come out and if the couch will get taller but overall very nice couch. It’s a really nice color. The back isn’t tall but it just opened.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 01 2026

Built with a sturdy solid wood frame for durability, it includes a movable ottoman for extra seating, footrest, or chaise extension. Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see. Evolutionize Your Lounging Experience with the 119" Cloud Modular Sofa Are you tired of small, stiff sofas that lack both style and comfort? Product Specifications & Care: Dimensions: 119" Overall Width (Oversized Design) Material: Premium Plush Fabric (High Durability) Core: High-Resilience Memory Foam (No Springs Needed) Anti-Slip: Specialized Bottom Fabric + hook & loop fastener Connectors Installation: 100% Tool-Free / No Assembly Required Important Customer Note on Vacuum Compression: Your new sofa will arrive in a highly compressed state to make shipping more efficient. Upon unboxing, you may notice slight wrinkles or a minor size difference compared to the final specifications. This is a normal part of the expansion process. For the best results, let the sofa sit in a ventilated area for 48 to 72 hours. As the foam breathes and expands, the fabric will smooth out, the cushions will firm up, and the sofa will reach its ideal comfort level and natural form.

I love this sofa so much! I cant find anything negative to say about it. In the past, I had a modular sofa that was soft and low, but this one is high and firm. It comes in three large boxes, all you have to do is cut the plastic and wait a few hours for them to fully expand. They have velcro at the bottom to attach the pieces together, but its so heavy that its not really needed. This sofa feels like excellent quality and is perfect for a family with young children..
