I really like these chairs, they are beautiful and very comfortable. I was a bit worried about ordering since there was only one review on the website, but I decided to trust it, and I’m glad I did. The only issue I had was with the assembly. The instructions were a bit confusing and could definitely be clearer and simpler. It took me about three hours to assemble both chairs because I realized halfway through that I had done part of it incorrectly and had to take it apart and start again. I like this odd looking chair and ottoman, its really quite cute. In the photo the color looks to be a light beige instead it has a slight touch of pink in it, it's not what I expected. It would help if the color was mentioned on the site. The box was quite damaged and heavily taped, the chair and ottoman were ok. My Anji Pro Kinjal C. did a great job of assembling it along with patio furniture except he didn't take the packing material with him because his car was too small! Instead he told me he would call a truck to take it away , it would be in an hour and said he would call me to let me know. Except he didn't, turned out he had lied to me I never got the call, or the truck. It took me a few hours to get this sorted out with Wayfair Chat and Help. They made another booking for a Pro Kori A .to take the box. She was smart, she saw a huge dumpster across the street and hauled it over, something the first Pro Kinjal c. could have done and saved me a a lot of hassle. I won't try hiring an Anji Pro again..
