We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. We ended up needing to replace all 4 feet to ensure that the bed would sit level. Otherwise, very good quality, beautiful design.. Caitlin. Plymouth, MA. Thu Jul 23 2026

I really enjoy the simple look of this bed; however it took me 2 returns to get the appropriate parts. Silly me, the boxes come as King 2, and Queen 1. Nothing on the box says to use "Queen 1" box for the King box 1 and no one in customer service could explain this to me either. The bed looks great now that I finally get it!. Susan. Centerville, MA. These are old pictures so don’t mind the mess, but I love that the bed looks black from afar but up close you can see the weathered espresso brown. Beware of the height though! I had to leave one of the top posts off in order to be able to still use the ceiling fan. I don’t mind that though. Anonymous. Thu Oct 08 2026
