The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. AI would take care of it. Very disappointing!. Nancy. Vacaville, CA. Sun Sep 06 2026

This was purchased as an affordable option. I ordered in brown, and this item is certainly more peanut butter (BUT, I still love it). It did force me to make additional design upgrades, but all worth it for the final product. It is perfect for a small space, but anyone over 510 will not be able to lay flat to relax. Also, it isnt very deep. Id love to have coordinating Ottoman but it requires the manufacturer to produce so that I can have a match in the color. I would give 5 if I thought this would last more than 3-4 years, but I am skeptical at present. Assembly was a piece of cake, no complaints. I am happy with my purchase.. Jodi. Gosport, IN. Its spacious frame is made from solid and engineered wood, and it's wrapped in weathered fabric for a rustic touch. The thick sofa cushions are filled with foam and coil springs to give you plenty of support as you relax after a long day. We love how the rolled arms and stitched details give this sofa an added layer of classic style. In addition, the cushions are removable to help clean up these inevitable crumbs.

Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly. To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim.
