We just moved into a brand new house so I'm needing a LOT of furniture some of which comes from Wayfair. Putting together this desk definitely needs two people. It took approximately 6 hours and the instructions were pretty clear, all in English. If you don't mind the drawers feeling like cardboard, it's a great deal. It is sturdy and practical. This is a beautiful desk. Looks just as good as it does in the picture. The chairs in my photo are also from Wayfair. I recommend paying the money to assemble. It took the two-person crew three hours. But it looks perfect. However, long after the assembly crew left, I realized the light on the front of the desk does not work. The instructions were OK but there were a few minor issues (eg it said you needed 6 screws but it was 5) nothing that common sense couldn’t resolve. Love love love this desk! I’ve had it for about 5 years now and it is a really solid piece of furniture and worth the money in my opinion. It has a ton of storage, a really nice roomy workspace for my two large screens, my laptop on a stand, and for papers and whatever else ends up scattered across my desk! The drawers open nicely and smoothly, and the two file cabinets are great. And I love that I can keep my phone charger and another charger plugged in inside the top drawer, and the cord pass-through at the back of the desk is nice to help keep all those ugly cords organized and out of the way.
