Third one of these that I have purchased. I found them easy to assemble, and they have a sturdy structure - love that they are solid wood (except for the backing). Have stained all with Minwax wood finish oil-based ‘Colonial Maple’ Semi-transparent interior stain. They look great ! Though the boxes had encountered some bumps and bruises, the contents within each of my shipments remained safe from harm - I would attribute that to the solid packaging. The good: - Wood quality and appearance - Matches the descriptions - Beefy packaging ensured very few damages (I guess they read the other comments) The bad: - Difficult to assemble: this is not for inexperienced assemblers. The instructions are rudimentary and you must use all clues in the drawings to correctly build this. Took me 4 hours of focused work, and that was not including unpacking and staging. - Two parts (15 and 16) had their label markers inverted, which was actually a fairly big problem and cost me 20 minutes. Great small armoire with 3 shelves for your bedroom in a rustic finish. Has a medium-tone stain and wax finish to keep the look of a rustic piece. All pine wood with beautiful wrought iron rusted pulls.
