This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Very nice quality and appearance. I've gotten a lot of compliments. Decent amount of storage, sturdy enough for the purchase price, paint is consistent with website color. I bought two for my folding clothes and got the assembly service. I'm very happy and recommend this wall unit. One note about the packaging - it is like getting into Fort Knox. The packing is very protective but I had to get the assembler to open some of the larger boxes. Highly recommend using assembly service - it's a good value compared to Task Rabbit or other services.. The bookcase itself is very nice, but some holes didn't line up when putting it together. Also the top portion and the bottom portion do not line up flush across the front. I have bought other bookcases that use pegs to set the shelves onto, but they are metal.. Jane. Warren, OH. Sat Jun 27 2026

Sturdy but not too heavy to move or set up. It comes with a brace to attach to the wall but not necessary for my use. It took an hour to put together. There were many pieces but all very well labeled and hardware all divided in baggies and labeled making it very easy to know you were using the right piece.. Brenda. TX. Mon Sep 28 2026
