BUY IT! I was so concerned about buying an appliance which would be delivered by who knows who. I didn't want to spend the $2,000+ the local stores were charging for similar items. I took the chance, so happy I did. I was beyond impressed with the packaging of the beverage fridge. It was easy to unpack even with all the layers of cardboard, wood, metal and Styrofoam. The instructions were clear and repeated so you couldn't miss them (let sit flat for at least 24 hours before plugging in) and it was easy to put the door on. We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. It is definitely best to use under a snug countertop between cabinets (we haven't installed our flooring yet, so it doesn't fit snuggly under the countertop yet). Love this winebeverage refrigerator. It has two cooling zones with easy to use controls. I have had it for about a year with no problems. It’s fairly loud when it starts up but similar to a regular refridgerator. I bought it here because the offer the longest warranty I could find-4 years. I’ve had a few of the before and they have only lasted 3-4 years. The first one I ordered arrived with a large dent on the top.
