Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit. I’m 75 so this thing is a bit hard for me. I didn’t realize the compartment for clean water and used water were in the back. It’s heavy to turn around for me and lifting the water is difficult. You must wash the whole thing every week. My sink is high, newer apt, I’m 4 11” and that’s lifting at chest level. I think for younger folks it’d be great but when it’s done cleaning the water there is about a days worth for me. Otherwise for what it is it’s great! It does take up one counter at my apt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting such a massive setup! The faucet is beautiful although the color is a bit off and I hope it cleans up nicely and the finish does not rub away. I’m going to have to be very careful. We have a similar faucet in our other house so I’m expecting this to be top quality having good pressure and a smooth quiet flow. This massive system unfortunately will not even fit in this house without replacing the cabinetry, counter and sink. We are though moving back to our other house in a month and will be definitely installing this.
