This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. This product arrived damaged. The two pieces were in two separate bags within the the shipping box. It appears to my contractor and me that this was, perhaps, a returned item that was then shipped out to me. Hopefully, this was an oversite by the shipping department. The product is as pictured. I plan to return it - will let you know how the replacement functions when is installed. Didnt have to return it. Just took a picture and sent to Wayfair.
