Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong. I actually got two items from this brand in the same purchase and I have to say the quality isn’t quite there. When I was unboxing this I had very high hopes as the back and arms were so sturdy I thought this will be a great desk alternative during work from home days if I want to shot on the couch. I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. My last chair also came from Wayfair and was fantastic, but it was fine for an upgrade. This chair is phenomenal! The green color is so beautiful and fits my office aesthetic perfectly. It's so comfortable and well-built. I could take or leave the massage feature. It's a heavy buzz, at best. The heat is great! Doesn't get super warm, but definitely enough to know it's on. From the moment I propped it into my office chair, I knew I wasn't going to like it. It's too bulky to sit in an office chair and remain comfortable because the rollers stick out too far. And I was disappointed in the description of the product where it lists "rolling" as one of the aspects, which I thought you could shift the rollers up and down to massage different parts of your back or shoulders/neck, but unfortunately is not the case because the rollers are stationary. Plus the leg massager is extremely uncomfortable. I thought it would have pressure massagers that inflated from the back and the sides but all it's merely a vibrating function in the back of the leg space. The foot roller is uncomfortable, too.
