This ivory blanket was exactly what I needed. I got a new bed with a beige velvet headboard and the walls of the room are a pale green. I was at a loss what color would go best, and I originally got an emerald green blanket and it was much too loud. The ivory looks 100 times better. The thickness is perfect, too. Not too thin or thick. I will use this blanket through all seasons, and I love how soft the fleece is. When I am reading in bed at night or watching TV, I can use it to clean the lenses of my glasses. It’s that soft! The color also hides the dog hair is an extra bonus.. Elizabeth. Salem, MA. Our heavy blankets may seem light, but they actually carry a lot of weight. They use a special filling technique that allows the weight to sink like water. Once the blanket is covered, every square centimeter of the surface of the body feels as if it is being gently pressed, as if it is being surrounded by countless hands. According to some of those who have used it, is a throwback to being a baby and being hugged by your parents.
