Inspired by pure thickness. Maybe we've lost our minds here at coma inducer or maybe we've always had a couple of screws loose??? But we've become obsessed with thick. Seriously though, who likes a weak comforter? Does anyone enjoy getting a comforter vacuum smushed in a box that looks like a flat sheet and comes with instructions to shake it out and wait 4 days? And, after those 4 days are up, it's still so thin you wonder if you were sent a flat sheet. The thought of such a comforter makes us sick! Sure, it's harder to create, produce, and ship such impossibly huge comforters that are "thicker than thick"... But isn't that the whole point? With the number of hours, we sleep (or should sleep) each night, it should be a crime to have a flat sheet-like comforter. Our thicker-than-thick coma inducer consists of 800 gsm of thick, pure goodness. Overly thick filling combined with cozy soft plush creates a deep sleep experience like no other. Cool and crisp, this engineered stripe was inspired by traditional fouta textiles used in many Mediterranean countries for everything from towels to bedspreads. The updated interpretation for bedding is clean, classic, and comfortable in an all-cotton, heavyweight herringbone weave. The yarn-dyed stripes are soft, and medium weight with an accent of gray at the bed break. Standard shams echo the thinner stripes at the base of the bed and European shams are color-blocked with gray herringbone weave and blue chambray side borders. Accent pillows mix the stripe and solid fabrics enhanced with piecing, taping, and stitched details.

Ordered a king sized comforter, I like that it’s oversized and hangs off the bed more than your standard king comforters.
