Even though this is a large, solid table, it does not visually weigh down the room. This is a really cute table, both style wise and in color. If you are not going to move it around I think the screws they have provided would be fine but being you are screwing into MDFparticle board a few of the screws did not get good purchase into the top and bottoms tiers.
