This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. I will start this review by saying if you are planning to use these as true drawers for clothes, it’s probably not the best option. I think it would work better for children’s clothes, but if you did put adult clothes in the drawers, I’d limit it to undergarments, socks, and maybe t shirts. The drawers are shallow. In addition to being shallow they are a pain to assemble, it’s the most time consuming part of the assembly process, so just be prepared. I separated the pieces because my bedroom wall wasn’t long enough to hold all three side by side, I used the middle piece with the glass doors as a small cabinet at the entryway of the house. Either way I’ve gotten lots of compliments on the set! I’m giving it 5 stars because I was using it mostly for aesthetic purposes, and the middle piece is great for extra storage. It’s very very heavy. Be forewarned. The assembly isn’t too challenging but takes time. I did it entirely by myself. The disappointment come from the shallow draws. Even though it measures nearly 16”, they don’t open more than half way, so you need to removed them completely if you want to gain access to the rear of the drawer. Mine has a chip blemish on the top of it, which is a bummer but is otherwise fine. It looks good and is two separate pieces which can be handy if you don’t have a really large wall.. Jason.
