We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back. We put it in our 11yo son's room and it's a great place to have his friends hang out, and at their size, they've even slept overnight on it.
