I absolutely love this little couch!! Its the perfect size for my studio apartment. Its very lightweight, but durable enough for just me. The pillows and cushions puffed out nicely. It was fairly easy to put together, took me about 40 minutes. But be sure to pay attention to the pictures, because it makes a difference. The material is great. Easy to assemble and well-packaged. This can be used as part of a sectional, but we’re using it as a small love seat. It seems durable and like it will work well for our purposes, but for some reason they adhered a parts number label to the surface of one of the cushions - which is visible - and it’s bonded to the material So … not sure how we’re going to get that off. We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back. First, I have to say that with all the poor reviews regarding putting it together I nearly didnt get it. This only took 15 mins to put the wheels on. No issues. Second, so many have suggested this is good for kids. I would NOT recommend this for children. Unless your kids sit still and are easy on furniture, this is not good for kids. The back MUST be positioned against a wall (not a problem here, but if kids are going to be on it or its not against a wall, forget it. The back will likely snap off -its wobbly.) The unit itself is very sturdy though! Sitting on it while I write this and feels solid. Lastly, reviews said it was VERY hard- firm- and it is, but I love it! But again, a reason its not for kids, because theyre used to flopping down on cushy things and this is like plywood with a thick foam solid cushion on top ...when I go to flop down forgetting that its firm I realize quickly its like sitting on a step of cement. However, I do love this! Im thrilled that I got it! Its the right color, though in this lighting it looks gray but I purchased the black one and is indeed black. It is a Tweed fabric, so the white specks in the fabric paired with our lighting make it appear light gray, its not. It is not lovely to the touch but not as awful as it could be. My favorite thing about this is that its incredibly versatile! Im a small person so when I sit down with pillows behind me my feet touch the floor, the positioning is perfect for leaning back on (side ways and fully extended of course), and is the right size for an armrest (When I read armrest in the booklet that came with it I was like what armor rest No joke its just like an armrest perfect height for me). When you lay down on it its perfect for someone who is shorter and prefers firm surfaces to sleep on (though narrow, so know that). I have back issues, and suffer on air mattresses or soft beds. I LOVED that people reviewed it as being too hard because I knew it would be perfect for me! Were using this in a spare room. Its the right height for a low coffee table, can be seating or pull-out overnight bed, can be moved into the living room for an ottoman or chair, and fits just about anywhere. I was very concerned because I thought I was going to cover up a plug in the wall with the back of this however when you pull it out the bottom clears the entire outlet! The one thing Im not thrilled about is I think that in shipping the pull out portion was bent, its a little out of alignment but it still works fine, its just going to irk my OCD and I do worry about its function. I would never pay full price for this item. And honestly I would have expected it to be about 10 to 20 less than it was on sale, but it was absolutely worth it for as many different ways as we can use this.. Amber. Willowick, OH. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as a sofa bed, it does not convert into a bed, which was disappointing and the main reason for my purchase. That said, I do like the sofa itself. Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars. Good for the price, cushions could be more cushiony but thats an endless scale so no complaints. Assembled relatively quickly and the ideal fold out mechanism where the weight bearing is in no question, cant snap up and convert you into a pancake like a bad spring loaded mechanism or murphy bed. Only think I would say is unless you have already bought million dollar molds make the bed part at least 5'10', because in the west a 5'6" will just not be sufficient, because more often than not your friend or person sleeping over is definitely above that height. Would cost your probably maybe 10-20 extra dollars on the manufacturing and next to nothing on material, would sell it probably significantly more because once you cross that threshold of 5'8" it goes from small sofa kind of a bed to small sofa but a full almost Full size bed..
