Twin Mattress For Captains Bed

In the fast - paced life, we always long for a corner where our body and mind can slow down. This velvet daybed is like a life companion who understands your needs . With its soft velvet touch and a calm and advanced color tone, when placed in the living room, it becomes an exclusive space for a lazy afternoon of reading newspapers and taking a nap; when placed in the guest room, it can transform into a comfortable bed, providing a warm sleeping experience for guests.

We love it! The velvet material is soft and cozy. We found a matching grey fitted sheet and zippered pillowcases to help pull it together to make it look more like a couch. I love that it can instantly be transformed to a guest bed. My ten year old daughter helped me assemble it in an evening. It’s what we needed for our space. Note we purchased an 8 inch mattress from Wayfair as well so it would look like a couch. A thicker mattress would be too tall for the look of a couch.. B Lou. Black Hills, SD. Mon Jul 06 2026

I bought this mattress once before for my son, so I knew what to expect this time. This reorder feels noticeably different from my first one: stiffer and more solid overall. This bed includes a slat kit, eliminating the need for a box spring. With built-in drawers at the foot of the bed, you can easily store extra bedding or clothes. The integrated charging station with two standard sockets and two USB ports keeps your devices within reach. We also love that the headboard has a shelf built in for accent pieces. Assembly tools are included.

This is super nice bed for the price. We needed a Twin XL for our son’s college room and this bed was perfect because of the extra storage as well as all the usable space and plugs in the headboard. 10”mattress works perfect because it fills the gap but doesn’t touch bottom of the headboard. I highly recommend this bed to anyone.. Alma. Rochester Hills, MI. Thu Aug 20 2026
