This bunk bed has three beds, the bottom bed can be stretched into a larger bed to accommodate your family or overnight guests. Made of high-quality pine and MDF, this bed frame is durable and supported by sturdy wooden slats that don't require box springs. The upper bunk is equipped with a full-length guardrail for your safety, and the sturdy built-in ladder can be assembled on the left or right side of the bed. Due to different photographic light sources or your monitor, the actual color may be slightly different.

It’s a great bed for the price. However, some pieces had scratches, but luckily only in places that are not noticeable. The trundle could be improved in the way that it rolls out (better designhardware), it drags on the floor with no weight on it at all. The king mattress BARELY fits. Relatively easy install, just took time. Solid construction. There is a metal bar that runs under top bunk, that I purchased pipe foam insulation to cover it as I knew it was just a matter of time before a child hit there head really hard on it. While solid wood, it does indent/mark easily, I have two rambunctious boys who quickly put multiple dents in it and cracked the wood where the ladder attaches by pulling up on the ladder, but probably sonething similar would happen with any bed that we got!. I'm happy with the bunk bed. But my kids are ecstatic. They were celebrating it for like 30 minutes. And the best part is they sleep better now. Putting it together was as difficult as advertised and due to my fitness level, I was sore for days after. The instructions were thorough, though could have been better as some steps could be merged with later ones to make the construction easier to accomplish. And the slats portion could be improved significantly as some were shorter than others. Those steps also didn't convey that the position of each wasn't fixed. So I had to measure the bed frame and put marks down to ensure I did it evenly. I would have expected markings on the frame to indicate where the slats would go.
