Pretty easy to build. A little disappointing that the description mentions a curtain that is not included. There was a piece at the foot of the bed where the bottom shelf and bed connect that the hole was not drilled out, you could see it was started but we had to drill it out. The windows could be sewn better because they didn’t survive my toddler, within not even 5 minutes after the bed was done being built the windows were broken. This bed is super cute for my 3 year old. Assembly was not easy though as the directions for the shelf part had the pieces labeled wrong. But it was definitely worth it in the end. It feels much sturdier than the wood versions and lots of support for the mattress. The bars arent too low at the top either. I plan to put a canopy and lights on. Love it.. Whitney.
