This wall-mounted steel magnetic whiteboard is really cute and even better looking in person. It works great overall, and my partner said it wasn’t too difficult to hang or assemble. The writing surface is smooth and everything works as expected. It’s fully magnetic, so it holds magnets well and is very functional for daily use. There are a couple of minor downsides. If you want to lock the two panels together on the side, you need to nail the bottom to secure them. I feel like it would be more convenient if that locking point were at the top or middle, since it’s not something you’d want to do often. That said, I personally haven’t needed to lock them, so it hasn’t been a big issue. Another small issue is the marker holder that came with it. The magnetic part didn’t hold very well, so I ended up replacing it with a sticker-style magnet to keep it secure. Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. This is absolutely perfect! This was better than I expected and it's so classy/sharp looking. I will say the top shelf area was extremely heavy and it took 3 people to put it up, 2 people holding in place and one drilling to secure it.
