I ordered this chandelier for my dining room & thought it was lovely, but ended up returning it. The finish is definitely a silver tone; no gold hue whatsoever. I had extra crystals left over... not sure if they're "extra" or needed to be attached somehow, but the chandelier doesn't look like it's missing any parts.
