I have these chandeliers in my breakfast area matching my other set so I really like these and they look very elegant looking and very warm lighting. Just be aware. Really a nice light fixture. Installation was straight forward even though the instructions were absolutely worthless. Some reviews stated that the installation was difficult, aI think they probably were confused by the terminal block used to connect the wiring. They were the screw-down type and really not all that common in the US. But, that's why Google is your friend! The fixture is quite light, l prefit everything first then removed the shade for the wiring- add the shade last. I was able to complete the job without any assistance. It can absolutely be a one person job. The only difficulty was with the decorative nuts for the mounting bolts; the bolts could be a little longer in my opinion. All things considered, the purchase was well worth it and installation was straight forward as long as you prefit and plan out how you are going to work before you start.. Thomas. Frederick, MD.
