Great bed for the price!
Appearance We ordered the beige, but it’s actually much closer to white in person—which we were thrilled about! The fabric is a soft, fuzzy bouclé, and the side covers are removable and washable.
Build Assembly was very straightforward. All of the parts were clearly labeled, and it took one person about 30 minutes to put together.
Packaging The box was a manageable size, and everything was well organized. The side panels are made of a lightweight material with bouclé slipcovers over them, making the bed look much more expensive than it is.
Size We purchased the twin size, and it fits a standard twin mattress perfectly. Just keep in mind that because it’s a true twin, a comforter won’t drape over the sides much. If you use a Beddys bedding set, it’s a perfect fit.
Other notes As another reviewer mentioned, the ears on the headboard can be removed since they’re separate pieces that bolt on. However, doing so leaves visible slots at the top of the headboard. Also, the small rear side piece near the entry opening simply slides off and isn’t structural. Removing it leaves only a small amount of hardware visible on the footboard, which is a nice option if you prefer a more open bed.
Safety The only issue we’ve run into is that our child is a climber. She has stood on the headboard and managed to get her legankle caught between the ears a few times while falling. We solved the problem by anchoring the headboard to the wall, and we recommend doing that if you have adventurous little ones.. Chelsea. CA. Sun Jul 19 2026
