I am really impressed with the Sanoxis Smart with Auto/Close Lid Toilet. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, which was a big plus. The auto open/close lid, heated seat, warm wash and dryer, and automatic flush make it very convenient and comfortable to use. The tankless design gives it a sleek, modern look, and the remote control makes adjusting the settings simple. The deodorizer is another nice feature, and the soft-close lid works well. It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated. This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. Probably good to replace it every year or two to be on the safe side if you ever lose power. Like another reviewer said you need to purchase the foaming agent separately.. Dan. Tomball, TX. Love it! I’m seriously impressed with how well everything works. The toilet is extremely responsive and there’s basically no delay at all. You click a button on the remote and it reacts immediately, which makes the whole thing feel much more premium than I expected. The auto-open feature is awesome too. It opens as soon as you walk up to it, and after getting used to it, it’s one of those features you don’t realize how convenient it is until you have it. The aromatherapy feature is also a really nice touch and makes the bathroom feel a little more luxurious. I was a little skeptical about the self-cleaning feature, but it actually works really well and definitely helps keep everything cleaner with less effort. The flush is also surprisingly powerful. It clears everything quickly and efficiently, and I haven’t had any issues with it at all. Overall, this has been a huge upgrade from a normal toilet. Fairly easy installation. We did all the installation ourselves and found it fairly straightforward. Very happy with our purchase so far. Do wish the seat didn’t go up every time you walk near it. This is one of 3 new toilets we purchased for our new home. It is the first one to get installed and everyone loves it! The heated seat is a great feature and the toilet is so sleek and good-looking! I also love the automatic closing feature - which is mainly why I purchased it! Tired of going around closing toilet lids every day!!! One thing I didn't take into account is the location is facing the bathroom door and next to the walk-in shower. So every time we walk in the toilet automatically opens even if we aren't using it.
