The bed is beautiful and sturdy. It was a little bit of a pain to put together but got it done in about an hour. My one complaint is it’s pretty low to the ground so I can’t fit my under bed storage and I can’t fit under it to retrieve cats. I’m debating on risers. Because of how the bed is designed they could have drilled holes several inches higher on the headboard and made the legs longer. Just two inches higher would make like easier. Sturdy. Very low, as described. 1 star was removed because of the instructions. If it were sold in a furniture store, 5 stars! But it's Wayfair and instructions are important. The assembly instructions were Horr-i-ble. Either you should pay someone to assemble it, or you better be REALLY good and patient with bad instructions. Good luck! This bed is gorgeous. When it arrived the box was mangled so I was a little nervous but all the pieces were there and it came together.
