Love the bed it is beautiful and look just like picture. I had it professionally installed from Way Fair and that was excellent! Probably could have done myself didn't seem that complicated but still took him a few hours. The only reason I rated a 4 is due to the mattresses being to tight a fit. I purchased from Way Fair the dimensions they suggested and would have definitely chosen smaller thickness if did again. Especially trundle. I did a 6" mattress on trundle and probably need 3-4".
