These chairs came very professionally packaged and were pretty easy to put together. They’re extremely sturdy, and the leather has a really nice, upscale feel to it. We did have a small issue with one chair being slightly offset during assembly, but Wayfair customer service was fantastic and very quick to help us figure it out. I have waffled on this between four and five stars. The chair is every bit as weighty and good looking as the pictures show. Not quite a chesterfield but chesterfield-like. The "faux leather" certainly feels as you would expect pleather to feel. I'm a fan of full grain leather typically but given the option of this versus a 2k+ chair of real leather it is a good compromise. I will say the following though as a "con" of sorts. There are a few comments here about the pitch of the seat. As an amateur woodworker I mistook this as not understanding that a proper seat needs pitch to be comfortable. The basic pitch (with the back locked) is a bit more than I thought it would be and I can see how a smaller person may not like it.
